Memorable episode of Naked City on Sunday night/Monday morning

On ME-TV tomorrow night (or morning depending on your perspective), they'll be showing the rarely seen episode of "Naked City" in which John McIntyre's character is killed in a fiery wreck. McIntyre wanted to leave the show due to the brutal NYC winter, since he wasn't used to it after living in California. The episode is scheduled for 1 a.m. (but check those local listings), so the DVR may be needed.

Thanks for heads up!

How clueless can McIntyre be that he doesn't know what the climate is like in New York. He grew up in Montana, so he should know about cold weather.

Of course, he wasn't the only one. Both George Dzundza and Paul Sorvino wimped out on Law & Order for the same reason. Sorvino was actually from Brooklyn but apparently thought they would not be shooting outside in the winter. Dzunda went to college in New York, so he should have been familiar with the weather, too, but maybe he just assumed they'd shoot in California.

PS: McIntyre was not a pimple on Ward Bond. McIntyre's Wagon Train episodes are like the Andy Griffith episodes without Barney.

This reminded me, isn't the 2 part final episode of The Fugitive coming soon? It's on at one of the few times I can actually get Me TV, and it's in the color episodes from 1967. Any idea on when the final episode will come up? Thanks.

ME-TV will show both episodes twice--Parts One and Two as noted before. First, this Sunday night and December 8--both at midnight. On Friday night, December 13, both episodes will be shown back to back beginning at 8 p.m.
