Meteorologist Joe Furey jumps from FOX 61 to NEWS 8

I was watching WTNH yesterday morning when much to my surprise they ran a promo:

"Co-Chief Meteorologist Joe Furey. Monday October 2nd. 6PM, 10PM, 11PM."

I just googled Joe and found the story from Channel 8.

Furey had been doing weather on The FOX 61 Morning News. And before that on WFSB Channel 3. His forecasts are also heard on CBS Radio in Hartford - Lite 100.5, 96.5 TIC, and News-Talk 1080 along with the independently owned WZBG 97.3 in Litchfield. His voice is never heard on CBS's HOT 93.7, but morning co-host Nancy Barrow reads "Joe Furey's Forecast". I put that in quotes because she says "Joe Furey's Forecast" even when he's not on the other CBS stations.
