Meteorologist Remains Cool As A Cucumber As Tornado Hits TV Station

Here's the video:

I sent him this email:
You sir, are the next James Spann!!

I'm writing from Laramie, WY where I work as the news director for 4 radio stations.

The video of you on air during a tornado has exploded across the internet and came across my news feed.

You displayed exceptional professionalism, knowledge, calmness, relaying information and from what it sounded like in the background, typing out a message to the National Weather Service.

You undoubtedly saved some lives and helped people remain calm. People react to the situation around them and I no doubt believe that your calm presence on air helped alot.

Just make sure when you become the next James Spann, you get a pair of suspenders. (See attached Spann Meme)

I also suspect this is a perfect opportunity for you to get a James Spann "Respect the polygon tshirt" and wear it on air one day
