I don't ever remember seeing 97.9 WRMF out of West Palm doing so well in the MIA ratings.
Their signal booms clearly into Fort Lauderdale/all of Broward county, as well as northern Dade.

Does anybody know why the Russian Station on 103.5 hd 2 is now on 107.5 hd 2 a spanish radio station?
and why is 98.3 in 107.5 in hd 4 which the reception is weaker

98.3 is coming from Goulds and the signal is marginal from Hollywood to the north. So the HD channel might pick up a listener or two that can't get 98.3 as well.

The rented out HD channels use whatever station will give them access at the best price.
