Don't know anything about Ohlman's reporting skills but on a superficial level he looked and sounded very good. I'm sure he could land an anchor job at any major market.

He would make a great replacement for Emmett Miller, whose constant gasping in between reads is totally bush league (it could be a physical problem but it can also be a lack of training in proper breath control, which is what I suspect is the case here).

A major market deserves major market talent and I think Micah fits that.
