One of the hardest working guys in the biz...daily radio show, columns, books, appearances, rallies, keeping clientele and affilaited stations happy.
I remember when he'd sometimes pull two 4-hour shifts at WTKK, a station I miss dearly, especially when it was home to Jim and Margery, Severin, McPhee, and, of course, Graham. I followed Graham to his New England Talk Network, snd while it never had the reach or audio that 'TKK did, at least he was there, "live, loud, and local".
But even he realized that trying to go it on his own, or migrating to the Internet, is no substitute for a big name
terrestrial broadcaster with deep pockets, who - and we can only hope - will allow conservative talkers like him free rein to pursue what needs to be aired out and discussed.
Michael, if you read this: do what you can with Cumulus to get talk radio off life support and then get your butt back up here! There are an awful lot of us here who will definitely miss you.
