From what I read, that statement vastly over rates the importance of what happened.

Free agency didn't help baseball. Lets hope this one is equally damaging to right-wing talk radio.

Besides, Dr. Weiner left TRN. He has another gig. He lost his time slot and has been pushed back to late evening. Really dumb move. The whole thing is over and done with. What's the big deal?

Did anybody other than a notorious right-wing aggregator notice this "landmark" case. "Landmark" really gets wantered down - like most terms the media get hooked on. "In Landmark ruling, man beats speeding ticket."
