Michigan Radio Public/News Talk Network Expands To Lansing

WLNZ will go to University of Michigan as a News/Talk affiliate of "Michigan Radio"

Lansing Community College has transferred operations of their 89.7 WLNZ Lansing MI to University of Michigan’s Public News/Talk “Michigan Radio” network based at 91.7 WUOM Ann Arbor.

WLNZ becomes Michigan Radio’s fifth signal joining WUOM, 91.1 WFUM Flint, 91.3 WRSX Port Huron, and 104.1 WVGR Grand Rapids. WLNZ had its operating budget eliminated in June 2020 with the school looking for alternative ways to operate the station.
