Mike Costello's kwmz z-104 empire on air

Not sure if Mike in the morning finally got his personal station up to height and power or what, but after not hearing any signals from 104.5 since Katrina, tuned in tonight and found what sounds like a classic hits station playing all or mostly 80s from the songs I Ided calling themselves z-104 New Orleans and Iding a KWMZ Empire

Heard is with heavy static in and around the Mandeville area this past week. At first I thought it was a stationout of Mississippi or west towards Baton Rouge. Heard the ID at the top of the hour and was suprised to hear it say Empire. Might have to try to tune it in again. I just happened upon it while scanning through the dial.

I cant get it because of ESPN Baton Rouge...But I could when it was on the air prior to Katrina..?? Sure would like to hear it ..

I heard it while I was in Waveland and listen to all the way into Long Beach until it fade out because of WXRR in Hattiesburg was interfering in, but anyway they were playing all 80's hits from lite format to rock format of the 80's.
