Why should Cumulus bother? 790 only really exists in the Cumulus cluster as a flanker for 630, which is exactly why we see 790 airing mostly "B-List" programming.
The other thing to consider is that Cumulus might be "auditioning" the Mike Huckabee program to see how it plays here. It's no secret that some local talent contract$ will be coming up over at 630. If Huckabee does well, we could see a bit of a shake-up over at "the station of record"....cough....cough....

That was previous ownership and Cumulus just taking over.
