In his company blog, Genesis CEO Bruce Maduri declares that "we (Genesis) were bloated with people running around the hallways that were not very productive". I'm sure that is comfort to those like Dan York who were cut loose. :

Bruce's blog sounds like one of those backward-looking head in the sand CEO's that people like Mark Ramsey and others point to as having no strategy for the future. Maduri touts the survival of "local radio" -- which doesn't exist on his main Tampa station for 21 hours a day.
