I put "Rod Serling" in quotes because the voice will actually be that of Mark Silverman, known for an extremely accurate imitation of the narrator/head writer of the original "Twilight Zone", and the only imitator of Serling's voice officially sanctioned and recognized by his estate.
Silverman's voice will be incorporated with vintage "Twilight Zone"-era black-and-white footage of Serling which will be "digitally manipulated", according to this NBC press release publicizing Monday's 3-D episode of the series, so it will appear that Serling himself provided the introductory narration.
In the 1980's, there was a short-lived remake of "Alfred Hitchcock Presents" on NBC (which I think continued briefly on cable's USA network after that) which used colorized versions of Hitchcock's introductions. But except for their being colorized, they were his original introductions (I believe many episodes of the revival were remakes of episodes from the original show).
