More detailed rankings of the July PPM numbers: V-103, WABE, 99X up

So the question for me is... with Slade's morning show beginning a slide to 3 from 2 and WABE's Morning Edition moving up to 8 from 16, will either of the following happen:

1) WSB revamps their morning show to eliminate all the teases so they can actually report more than the news reader's own name?
2) Will some other station management team decide the time is right to crank up an FM news/talk with local flavor to take on WSB?
 
Rodney's story says WSB-AM's 6+ trend was down, but the numbers I saw showed it up slightly, from 7.5 to 7.7. If 25-54 is down, the station must have increased in older demos.
