Morning Changes At 107.7 The Franchise Oklahoma City

https://radioinsight.com/headlines/186299/morning-changes-at-107-7-the-franchise-oklahoma-city/

More changes have been made at Tyler Media Oklahoma City as Mike Steely and Jessi Stone have departed mornings at Sports “107.7 The Franchise” KRXO-FM Oklahoma City and 1270 KRXO Claremont/107.9 K300CY Tulsa.

Steely has anchored mornings at KRXO-FM since its flip to Sports in August 2013 after previously holding the same role at Cumulus’ “98.1 The Sports Animal” WWLS-FM. Steely worked at WWLS (and its predecessor on 640 AM) from 1987-1989 and again from 1992-2013.

Stone, who served as morning show producer, also hosted afternoons at Country “93.3 Jake-FM” KJKE and previously worked at 104.1 KMGL and 100.5 KATT in the market.

Yes Sports/talk has been mentioned as one of the format hardest hit on radio due to league shutdowns in response to COVID-19. In relation to 107.7 FM specifically Mike Steely and Jessi Stone have left KRXO-FM.
