Most surprising song(s) you heard on a Beautiful Music station?

During the 1970s, if not earlier, Beautiful Music stations were playing strings-and-things, orchestral oriented covers / remakes of big Pop hits. The most surprising (strange) one I heard was a Beautiful Music cover/remake of the song "Dream On", which was a big hit for the Rock band Aerosmith in 1975-1976. It had already been minor hit in 1973, so it was probably 1976, 1977 or 1978 when I heard a Beautiful Music instrumental version of it. As by Aerosmith, this midtempo piece rocks fairly hard at its climactic finish.

Anything you recall hearing that surprised you is appropriate as an answer. It does not necessarily have to be re-doing of a Pop/Rock song.

Mull of Kintyre (originally Wings) comes to mind, with Soprano female vocals (not a solo). It was the original was still on the charts (though as I recall it didn't do that well).
