NRJ, the owner of WMFP, bought it and other stations, with the hope of selling the license at a profit in the FCC incentive auction. Perhaps they would want to swap ownership with NBC Universal for WNEU, for the right consideration. They would still own a UHF channel in the market, and the poorer coverage would not likely bother NRJ.
