Movin vs. Mega What Kind Of Morning Shows Will They Get?

So I heard that the Manic Hispanic recently departed KAJM Mega 104.3 as it's morning personality. You add that with the fact that Movin' lost it's morning guy, both of these stations are in search for a new morning show. This is actually kind of cool that two stations that do not get that good of ratings to begin with, could possibly gain some considerable ground over the other depending on the personality, or personalities they choose to bring in. With the recent departure of Bruce Kelly from his station in Florida, he's always a name that comes up in conversation everytime there's a spot open here in the valley. Super Snake is another name you could throw in there. You could even say that the Manic Hispanic would pop up on Movin. It will be interesting to see who gets their show first.

I'll throw in two more names: Tom Joyner and Steve Harvey!
I know Joyner's show was here in Phoenix when I first arrived in 2000. Not sure which station but I think it went Spanish. Harvey's show has been around for 8 years and might get a good following in AZ. Would Movin or Mega take a chance with an African-American syndicated show?

Neither station has enough budget to get anyone of significance or even really "wants" to do anything noteworthy. Word on the street says that Movin will move Nina D (Midday Girl) to mornings as of "coming soon....". I also "heard" that Mega says that even though they are in a Top 15 market, they don't want to do Major Market Radio.... WHAT?! ??? I'd love to meet the VISIONARY that made that statement!
