That is indeed sad. It should be noted this is the 2nd high profile death of a 600lb participant this year. I wouldn't call these folks stars, but I guess pop culture would take another view.

While we respect these two for putting their lives on-air, it still doesn't lessen the ultimate result. RIP to both.
