Your 93.5 could be KBHT Crockett TX. No info on Yes.com, but if you're looking for confirmation their request line is 936-544-9350 and last I heard, they do answer the phone!

Darn, I missed it. I just heard Bob 92.9 from Tulsa, OK in VA and an unknown 94.1 playing Faith Hill's "This Kiss." That's it.

Interesting!

That means you were getting skip off of the same patch of E clouds that I was!

I checked the DX Sherlock site and there was an MUF of 104 Mhz over western Tennessee. Then I anxiously ran to get my radio and start listening on empty frequencies.

One thing of note I noticed is that I was hearing KKRL from Carroll, Iowa long after the MUF of that E cloud fell far below the range of the FM band.

There was also some country station on 93.7 that would take over KKRL at times but I never got the full ID. I did get that it started with as K anyway.

I'm in Gaffney, SC. I just logged some E-Skip stations I was getting from the central US.
Today was a great E-Skip day!

92.9 KMXN "The Bull" (805 Miles - Lawrence / Topeka / Osage City, Kansas) **Class C2 station at 42000 watts**
92.9 KKIA "The Moose" (890 Miles - Ida Grove / Sac City / Storm Lake, Iowa) **Class C3 station at 25000 watts**
98.5 KQKQ "Q98.5" (890 Miles - Omaha, Nebraska) **Class C station at 100000 watts**
93.1 KRVN "The River" (1,060 Miles - Lexington / Kearney, Nebraska) **Class C1 station at 100000 watts**
92.7 KBRB (1,100 Miles - Ainsworth, Nebraska) - **Class A station at only 2600 watts!!**

Yeah! Great LONG Es day.....

DT ch 4 WHBF IL
DT ch 5 WDTV WV (new)

Nice Catch btw

Not high enough....20s & 30s are good for shortwave/CB, but to get channel 2 and up, you want 54+. I just looked....I think you'll be active!

BTW on that site, click "50 MHz," and follow the red lines! Here in the east, we are just getting done with a wild day.
