My Own Tribute To WCBS-FM (including Don K Reed's Passing)....

Question - did Don start at WCBS-FM in 1972 when the station adopted the oldies format? I believe the Doo Wop Shop commenced in 1975.

Also, I swear if WCBS-FM plays trouble by Taylor Swift years from now, it’ll be Jack FM all over again.

If that's where the Classic Hits format evolves to by then, then it will be a natural progression, just as the station shifted its focus to the 80's and 90's from the 60's and 70's.

By then they’ll add songs from the 2000s & 2010s.
