Mystery Hip Hop station on 1480...early 90s

Here in Central Indiana back in the early 90s, I used to be able to pick up some Urban station on AM 1480 during the winter, usually shortly after sunset, but would fade later into the night. I havent heard it since 1994 or so, I never did figure out what that may have been. I seriously doubt anyone here has a clue since it was so long ago, but if anyone does, let me know. This station could have been very far away from Indiana, or it could have been closer than I think, the signal was pretty weak here, but audible. It always seemed to drift out right during the legal ID. I never got the calls or a city of license. Im pretty sure this station hasnt existed for a long time as an urban station, but I bet the signal is still in existence in some form...... Thanks if anyone can help, but if no one can, I completely understand, it was a really long time ago, and I have very little info to go on...Thanks....

The 1989 Yearbook lists five urban-formatted stations on 1480:
WKND near Hartford, Conn. (daytime-only)
WYZE Atlanta (daytime-only)
WRDW Augusta, Ga. (5,000 watts, directional, but I question the format listing)
WCIN Cincinnati (5,000 daytime; 500 night; directional)
WDAS Philadelphia (5,000 daytime; 1,000 night; directional)

I strongly suspect your mystery station was WCIN.
