I was with you until that sentence. What you are paid, what you earn and what you're worth are rarely synonymous.

Ha!...a moment of levity. Taken too seriously. I did OK at Eagle. The thread was so serious, it needed some blatantly stated "envy." It amazes me how we as talent like to talk about how none of us are making any money. And yet...we still seem to make ends meet. If other jobs pay so much more...why do we do this?
Mo if reporting accurately...let's face it..he may be inflating salary figures in the event a prospective future employer happens to hear about him through someone who might read his stuff here, and report that he's not cheap. My wife asks me why I post here. I told her we're always networking and self-promoting. Don't kid yourself. It's ALL about promoting oneself....anyway, if legit, Mo was making decent cash for anywhere...but especially Columbus. Good for him. It's another example that there is money in radio. If you're worth it...the company will always write the check.
