NBC O&O'S PICK JEFF PROBST TALKER, RICKI LAKE SIGNS 20TH STATION

Somebody forgot about "On Air With Ryan Seacrest"...I guess if a show only lasts 5 or 6 months, nobody watched it on a regular basis (I watched about 4 or five episodes before I wanted to punch him...)

Why did you have this violent tendency?

Nothing unheard of about a station dropping a show they promoted. If Feud is the weak link, popping in what looks to be a compatible talk show makes sense.
Feud maybe dropped off WCAU just because it's not NBC O&O consistent, whereas Jeff Probst, Steve Harvey, Nate Berkus and Ellen will probably be on all O&Os. However, WCAU has deviated slightly from the NBC O&O model. They pass on 'Access Hollywood Live' for local programming at 11. They used to run Days/Lives at noon rather than 1pm and the second NBC soap at 1pm rather than 2pm unlike the other O&Os, and like WRC they air 2 hours of local news/programming rather than 1, as in WNBC, KNBC and KNTV.

Feud on Ch.10 is being promoted in parts of NE Philly and other urban areas, where viewers will probably watch Feud with Steve Harvey over say Nate Berkus. Just a wasted effort if they will be dropping Feud off the schedule so soon.

Somehow that still doesn't account for a second hour. Either one hour of news is being dropped and likely on WRC as well, or Days or the Kathie Lee/Hoda hour of Today.

Jeff Probst wasn't cleared on the NBC O&Os in Chicago and Washington. Steve Harvey got a better deal with clearances on all the NBC O&Os.

That leads me to believe 'Access Hollywood Live' will be dropped. In Philly, Feud and one hour of news (guess is possibly the 4pm newcast with Ellen moving to 4), and Days/Lives isn't as endangered yet as I originally suspected.
