For the past couple of months I've sometimes heard a Spanish-language Christian station on 1450 from E/W around sunrise. The station plays music from mostly Spanish-language artists and sometimes has preaching. The only branding I've heard is "La Nueva Radio Fé Cristiana" or "Radio Cristiana."
At first I thought this might be KDAP in Douglas, AZ, which is listed as "Radio Cristiana" on Radio Locator. However, I can't find a stream for that station, and its Facebook page has "Radio Nueva Vision" branding.
Then I thought the station might be KBEN in Carrizo Springs, TX, which I occasionally hear at sunset. But that station IDs as "La Voz Tejana" and plays Tejano and country music. 92.1 KCZO in Carrizo Springs is listed as "La Nueva Radio Cristiana" in various places, so I thought maybe KBEN is simulcasting KCZO in the mornings. But neither KBEN's stream nor KCZO's stream (or ID) match what I'm hearing in the mornings.
Then yesterday morning I heard distinct KBEN IDs in Spanish and English immediately after a Spanish-language Christian song by Alex Campos.
So could KBEN be running its own independent Christian programming in the mornings? Does anyone have any info about that station? Thanks.
