NEK VT/ Burlington Radio Report July 4th weekend WOTX, WTOS, WLFE, WBTZ ETC...

***Posting disclamer spelling and grammer could be horrible... you cannot proofread and edit posts after 10 min***

I came up to the NEK VT and listed to the radio... I was pretty impressed with the rock stations. Many had a good mix of music. I guess I am stuck in CT NYC tri-state too much these days with more of a vague playlist (WCCC excluded)
here are a few Highligts

WTOS 105.1- my favorite in Lyndonville (WLFE beats you tho I like them better since REV Rush and Jesse are gone....) Great job guys music wise I still miss my typo-negative rock but you guys are saying more away from indie based rock. It was good to also hear Tom-o and Mr. Mike morning show I wish I could listen online...

WOTX - my favorite imaging guy from CT with his liners great guy met him at the CBA confrence in CT I was really impressed to hear Judas Priest and Dream Theatre

Magic 97.7 WGMT - NIckleback, Nirvana Cool! :)

Kiss 102 (fighting WLFE in Lyndonville on hills facing west) nice mix of music like z100 in NYC but throwing in more classics

WLFE 102.3 the wire - DIsturbed to Daultry to Mudvayne! Im in seventh heaven Wish you guys could get an LP-FM in Lyndonville VT area and I want to comment that you have great Immaging for the station as well.

WBTZ 99.9 - the buzz - Kudos to you guys you seem to be the Jukebox in many stores like lyndonville redemtion, East burke sprots allthough I hate the indie rock, you do tend to turn up the volume here and there

WXXX 95 tripple X - Great station z100 like except it seems a broader Playlist which makes me want to listen more

Z97.1 Killington - you don't come in well up in the NEK but where you do come in I think you have a great selection of Mixing 90's music 00's and todays all in a bunch... I am a passanger in a car and its on the radio now in Fairlee VT

99.3 - 99rock - You come in ST J and Lyndonville in Areas but because your DBU coverage is weak it fights a station from Cananada. I wish you guys could get an LP-FM up here as well. you are well liked by many up towards woodsville VT. Ps Chris would you like my resume you sound like you been working a lot of OT

there were some other stations I did listen to and if you guys have a question about one feel free to post or your thoughts

TOS...has in market competition (I'm talking Augusta/Waterville where they're based) now with WCTB/The Edge going in a harder edged 90's classic rock format (with 2 well known jocks in drive time) so they may be tweaking their focus a bit

OTX...interesting that they'd play the harder edged, the last time I heard them, they were a lame classic hits/classic rock hybrid in need of direction, perhaps now they want to move away fro directly competing with 106.3 the notch
