Pretty good list but there's actually a lot more stations that went CHR/Pop in 2009.
Keep in mind though that 105.7 Hits Now isn't in Raleigh but rather in nearby Greensboro and Winston Salem. New 102.3 in Sioux City is a Modern A/C

Other stations that went CHR in 2009:
103.7 Kiss FM Chattanooga
Hot 100.5 Norfolk
Movin 100.7 Salt Lake City
107.9 The Mix Salt Lake City
Hot 96.7 Mankato
95.7 The Vibe Kansas City
Power 94 Redding
96.7 I-Mix Laramie-Cheyenne, Wy
Power 102.3 Ft. Wayne
97.7 The Rocket Lexington Park, Md
Magic 105.9 Brunswick, Ga
107.5 Zoo FM Missoula, Mt
Hot 107.5 Jonesboro
Alice 96.5 Reno
95.7 The Party Denver

There were also quite a few stations that went CHR up in Canada.
