New K-Love station coming to Southwestern Lubbock county on 100.7?

I love Christian music and all but we already have Christian stations on 88.5, 90.1, 90.5, 90.9, 91.5, 92.7, 94.1, 99.1, and 107.3.

Is a new K-Love station on 100.7 necessary?

You know these people REALLY REALLY ANNOY THE CRAP OUT OF ME! They want to occupy EVERY SINGLE UNUSED SPACE of the broadcast spectrum. That's not what Jesus would have done.

Not only is it not necessary, but at 100.7, it is going to cause reception problems for 101.1 and 100.3. It's also going to hog frequencies that somebody else could use. Somebody at Wilkes and GAP broadcasting really needs to step on this one, imo!

It might affect 100.3 more than 101.1, 101 is a city grade signal...The Mix tower is just SE of Indiana and Woodrow Road, so it may not be all that intrusive.

I also found out that K-Love will be coming to Littlefield as well...on 97.7.

This particular signal, according to the coverage map will not reach Lubbock.

These stations don't serve the public interest. Somebody needs to grow a pair and challenge these applications! And the FCC needs to wake up.
