New News Anchor at 11PM for 11Alive News at 11PM

I didn't catch the new 11PM anchor's name this week. Looks like Jeff Hullinger will be focused primarily on WATL's 10 PM newscast and fill-ins for the weekend morning news when Valerie is off.

I have never seen one station with as much turnover as the on-air
people on 11 Alive. My peak interest in the station was in the '70s,
during which time the news front threes (or fours) consisted of:

Bob Neal, Linda Faye Carson, Skip Caray (roughly 1969-72)
Virgil Dominic, Ron Becker, David Grant, Bob Neal (1972-76, except briefly in
1974 when Neal hosted "Today In Georgia" on Channel 2; he was
temporarily replaced by a sportscaster from Texas named Woody
Van Dyke)
Dave Michaels, Gail Janus, Steve Somers (1976-78)
Dave Michaels, John Pruitt, Russ Minshew, Art Eckman (1978 and past
the network switch in 1980)

In recent years it just seems to be musical anchors, weatherpeople, and
sportspeople. I may be moving back to Georgia, but this time around I'll
probably watch Channel 2.

Melissa Long is the best thing to happen for Ch.11 and 36. What a pro! Much, Much better than Brenda Wood. I can't watch Jeff Hullinger. His eyes look weird now. Creepy!
