Tracey V. Bell’s Integrated Brand Marketing Company has purchased 95.1 W236CF Chicago and 95.1 W236CG Bolingbrook from John Bridge’s Windy City Broadcasting for $3.5 million.

With the purchase of the two translators, Bell has also taken over operations of R&B Oldies “Clubstepping 95.1” from founder Lamont Watts. Watts version of the programming continues on as a webcaster at Clubsteppin.com, where it originated in 2005.
