I do not know what "pirate" stations are but i would recommend the same thing as the user below also call and email both stations maybe 101.5 shut down in that area?

NJ 101.5 has been interference free from Pirates since last year. However 100.7 and 103.9 have been occupied by pirates since, hurting local reception from WHUD and WFAS in areas of Essex/Passaic/Bergen counties and areas of Southern Rockland with the 103.9 pirate!
this morning on the way north I went Hunting... I found the location of the Creole Pirate on 107.9 up in Irvington... I can here him loud N clear way down in southern OldBridge down By my house.. Next on my list is the Spanish 107.9 in the Amboys.
Well let's hope you can do something with the info/addresses you find. Once they are gone (if ever) then there will be plenty more to take their place. The pirate known as "The Blaze" which has been playing Caribbean for years at different places on the dial is now on 99.9 I heard just this week. It's out of control and what if anything can be done to stop it? I'd say not too much with a bare-bones FCC staff. So I'm glad to see you are on the hunt, but ultimately what will it yield? The 107.9 ones have been on for years and run the damn thing commercially whenever they please. Why bother to have rules of ANY kind if their not ENFORCEABLE??!!
Just curious...
