NEW RADIO PLAYER THAT CAN PLAY EVERY RADIO STATION IN THE U.K.

The BBC has announced they have a new internet radio player that will play every radio station in Great Britain. Now that's cool.... Maybe that could work here in the U.S. ? Don't know.....check out the story.

No so sure about this being a "breakthru" since C Crane has had their "wi-fi" radio a couple of years back.

There are some really great Tabletop Internet Radio appliances out there.

The problem is not having players, it's having content. Do we really want to listen to the Omaha version of a local Clear Channel (or other group owner)?

Internet Radio succeeds when it brings us content we are not getting locally; which is why the cookie-cutter formats are losing listeners.
