NEW RADIO/TV MUSEUM TO OPEN SATURDAY, JULY 7th

Our new, greatly expanded Radio and Television Museum opens Saturday 8 to noon at the WRPO studios in Russells Point (Indian Lake) Ohio. Lot's of rare broadcast items from the 40's- old consoles, wire recorder, TV cameras and much more. Free admission..open every Sat morning 8 to noon. Lots' of Indian Lake photos of old amusement park..much to see.
 
Gene Kirby is a good fellow...He made the right decision to switch to oldies in 2009 and is finally getting the local support it needs. Jason Roberts of Cox Media does the IDs,liners and weather..so it sounds VERY professional!

The station is located at 433 St. Rt 708 in the Russells Point Municipal Building..north of the Honda plant and the post office..and right before you get to the stoplight and Marathon station at the U.S. 33 intersection.

Stop in and meet Gene,Robbie Robinson,Dale Madison and bluegrass DJ Larry Roose this or any other Saturday morning....it's the little LPFM that could.
