new set of bays on WJVO tower in Jacksonville??

I was driving into Jacksonville this afternoon and noticed on WJVO 105.5's tower that they have added two new bays halfway up the tower just below the main bay's that WJVO uses to transmit on 105.5 Does anyone know if this is a new translator going up or what?

I have no proof but could be an auxillary antenna? I dont see any apps in the FCC for anything else that would be new.
