New signal @95.1 FM, Playing Jazz music, no I..D.s

I noticed this weekend, I was receiving interference on KNYE 95.1 FM from Pahrump. I live in the south end of the Las Vegas valley on a hill facing west. I can receive KNYE at my house and on the roadway nearby. When I head down the hill to the north, non-stop Jazz or non descript instrumental music is playing. Perhaps this is another low power station trying to beam into Las Vegas... Any leads ???

Cold this be the same folks who were airing Limbaugh on 93.7? On weekends they sometimes played smooth jazz, one weekend it was kind of wishy washy New Age music...and no IDs.

After I made the post, I checked on Monday morning and the signal was gone. I'll check again this weekend... And yes, it may be the same folks.
