For the record, WGHP's Local TV sister station in Cleveland, WJW/8, is testing 8.2...the future home of Antenna TV. They've put up an SD simulcast of their main signal on and off.

Don't see anything yet on the website of WGHP's "Fox 8" Local TV sister station here in Cleveland, WJW...

Has WGHP lit up its 8.2 yet? We had Antenna TV promos on ours, but for the moment, they're back to a 8.1 SD simulcast.

Sir, WJW is NOT WGHP-TV 8 High Point, NC. You are looking at the Clevland, Ohio FOX 8!!!!!!!!!! That is the problem!!! I am talking about WGHP-TV 8.2 in HIGH POINT, NC. Go to www.myfox8.com and look under most viewed stories. It will tell you about WGHP-TV 8.2, NOT WJW Fox 8 from Ohio!!!!-LOL

I'm well aware of that. I was just making a comment since WGHP and WJW are both owned by Local TV, and making a comparison between the two stations due to their common ownership.

In fact, I've actually toured inside the WGHP studios.

The two stations share the same owners. However, we are talking about different things here. The WGHP-TV 8.2 logo is the one (slighly modified with the .2 addition) that WGHP-TV 8 used from 1979- 1989. How about WJW-TV 8 in Cleveland? I am sure that they will carry Antenna TV also. However, are they going back to a classic logo used in the past???? Will they call it TV 8 like WGHP is doing?????
 
My, my.... all of the confusion!!! Once again, Go to www.myfox8.com and look under most viewed stories. Once there, you can view the article and click on the link for the schedule of WGHP-TV 8.2. It even has bios of all of the classic TV shows.
 
I don't care either way! I didn't like the silly shows when they were first on and I'm certainly not going to watch them now! Sort of like, people keep telling me to come to my school reunions in Florida! I didn't like those people when I went to school with them, so why would I want to go back and see them! IMHO, Most FOX stations suck anyway!
 
I agree with you Big Ape about most Fox TV stations SUCKING. The news usually does on their stations too! Their anchors seem stressed and uptight to me, for the most part. I am looking forward to the new WGHP-TV 8.2. It will be good to have there when we are sick of all of the "reality" crap on most stations. If WGHP-TV 8.2 is smart, they will contunue to add a good local flavor to the throwback flavor of the channel.
