The announced sale of KFZO comes just a week after the station was granted a CP for a higher antenna.
Looks like it will be a year after the sale before any changes become apparent at either KFZO or KFLC, if I understand correctly. Quite interested in what this company has in its long term plans.

At least publicly, the new company says the staff at the FM's will be retained. That, of course, is what every new owner would probably do when it bought some new properties. So, take it for what it’s worth. Univision would seem to have found the right time and price to exit the AM business. Those properties aren’t going to gain any value.
Yes. Also, while most of the owners would seem to be centrist to left-wing, at least one of them was a Republican, and a rather high ranking one at that. He might’ve broken with the party over Trump, but that doesn’t make him a liberal.
The sale, at the earliest, will close in Q4 of this year and there is an agreement with Univision to program the stations for the following full year before the new owner presents their own programming.
