CFOX sent out a morning personality on the air, dressed in a beaver suit out on Hastings to score some heroin to illustrate the problem with easy accessiblity to high end drugs in Vancouver is.....and it WORKS!

Not a smart thing for a radio station to do (gang members could have seen him and his sign and quickly thrashed him like nothing), but if you can go out on Hastings dressed in a beaver suit and quickly score heroin (or any other high end drug), Vancouver's got a problem. I was there a couple weeks ago and I got propositioned TWICE, first for heroin, the other for crack....in FIVE MINUTES walking down the same street!
