Don't be surprised if the ever failing to understand who they are that The Boston Pops under ( and under is the appropriate word ) conductor keith lockhart [ small letters for small talent] starts out the 4 of July concert on the Esplande which WBZ TV will broadcast with a rap version of the National Anthem.

It will be followed by a hip-hop version of The 1812 Overture.

Lockhart is to appear on the stage in a Do- rag and gangsta pants. To his credit they will be in ' red, white and blue'....
