Sure. Uh-huh.

We all know the real truth. Those evil Diebold executives have even gotten to you, Phil?!

Whatever will become of us now?

Obviously the whole conspiracy is over now that the desired effect has been achieved.

Interestingly enough, N/T about evil 'Diebold' and 'Paper Trails' has tapered off, even on more 'progressive' outlets.

That HBO doc was an embarrassment. I mean, c'mon, really! There was so much wrong in that hatchet piece I could go into, but this is a radio board.

Remember, it was third parties that fought and raised $$ to investigate the 2004 election, not Mr (most unlikeable ) Kerry! Where are the protests now? I don't see the throngs lining the streets of DC demanding thier vote be counted today?!

First it was Dangling Chads. Then it was 'paper trail'. But when the Dems win....silence.

nice. ::)

uh huh. Im sure they also 'talked about' Tom and Katie, Micheal Richards, and the Rosie/Ripa fued, too.

Had the election turned out differently, I believe they would perhaps spend a little more time on the subject. This is no secret.

I predicted a Dem win would mean a huge downscale in these 'conspiracy voting box' stories, and how much airtime they would be given. I called it!

Sorry if that's embarrassing for you guys. ;)

Add Thom Hartmann to the list. In fact, the first thing he talked about after the Democrats won was e-voting, and he's still not letting up. He's a strong advocate of open-source voting software, such as the type coming to California (as a result, Diebold pulled their voting machine business out of the state).

yeah? that's pretty interesting, because I don't get TH in my market, so I thought I'd look him up.

His show website has how much on it about e-voting? Nil.

Look around the message forum 'about the show'. How many times does 'e voting' or 'black box voting' pop up? Uh, huh.....

The last verifiable thing I can find him on e voting post this election day was a brief mention in his Nov 17th show.

google 'Thom Hartmann and e voting'

quite alot of stuff there! too bad most of it is from 2004.

Including a piece for the widely discredited 'truthout' blog, you know , the one that told y'all how Rove was going to jail? Yeah, that's the one! With Bev Harris, you remember, dont you? She told CNN that 2002 elections were going to be catastrophic?! Maybe she should go work predicting hurricanes ::)

gee, for someone who's not 'letting up' on this issue, it's sure hard to find him on the front lines.

Well, you obviously do have web access, right?

So, just listen to the damned show! DUH!

He's a radio host, not a blogger. And he doesn't update the main site much, but he does post on his message board, which is inside the site.

You can even check out archives of his show. For deep archives, there is a premium fee, but you can go to the RSS feed here:

http://www.whiterosesociety.org/freehartmann.xml

and access all the shows from the past month.

Don't blame me because you expect this stuff to just be handed to you.

By the way, the shows I mentioned was from the days immediately following the election, not November 17. But I guess in order for you to be halfway impressed, he must talk about it all the time.

Don't blame me because you're ignorant and you expect this stuff to just be handed to you.

Hey FI, had the election turned out differently, would Hartmann be talking about this today?

Who knows for sure, but if history is any indicator, the amount of conversation based on flawed election results on 'progressive talk' is quite a bit after a close election where the Dems lose.

I said if they won, you would not hear about this issue as much as if they lost. By your own admission, Hartmann has not addressed this issue since immediately after the election. I find no mention of e voting concerns on his website, or in his message forum discussing his recent shows. You want me to pay for a premium membership and scour his shows to prove my point? That makes you look ignorant, not me.

The Repubs lost, yet I don't hear them constantly whining about how flawed the system is.

I'm sorry if you feel uncomfortable with the realization that you heroes are not concerned with the validity of the voting system in place when they win. Try to get some help with that ::)

He talked about e-voting it ON HIS RADIO SHOW, [EDIT] Immediately after the election, and for several days afterward!
