Not sure how they were able to squeeze this game in but they did. I'm wondering with their new ownership with Media General they may have more opportunities to be able to have sports on Channel 4.....
 
It was bumped from the afternoon due to the American League baseball playoffs.

Outside of San Francisco/Oakland/San Jose and San Diego, the game will be on the league-owned NFL Network.

In fact, given that the game is between two West Coast teams, a case could have been made to have NBC regionally broadcast it in the Pacific, Alaska, and Hawaii time zones at 8:30 P.M. PDT; NBC to broadcast the previously-scheduled Sunday-night game (Houston at San Francisco) in the Eastern, Central, and Mountain time zones as scheduled at 8:30 EDT; and for KNTV-11 in the Bay Area to carry both games (since they both involve local clubs) as a late-afternoon-into-prime-time doubleheader.

Had the above idea been implemented, in the Pacific (except San Fransisco/Oakland/San Jose), Alaska, and Hawaii time zones, the Houston/San Francisco game could have been made available to the NFL Sunday Ticket service; likewise, in the East, Sunday Ticket could have carried the San Diego/Oakland game.
