No longer “Hot” in Denver…

A third country station, maybe? KYGO is No. 1 overall 6+, but its share is only in the 6's, so a newcomer wouldn't be challenging a ratings Goliath.
92.5 has A MUCH STRONGER signal than 107.1 & look what's happened to EVERY SINGLE incarnation of Country there

Why (Other than the fact it's parent company owns sports franchises) do you think it was flipped to Sports??

Not exactly Rocket Science 🤣😅

They ought to consider filling the void left by KBPI being downgraded to a crappy little translator.

Instead, I suspect this station will flip to a retro pop hits format, hip-hop / rhythmic, or variety hits.
107.1 is about as close to a translator as you can get. Why power it down

If I were the parent company, I would just simply sell it (Does 92.5 put a decent signal into the Brush area by any chance??)

Not quite sure why we're ranting, however I did look and 92.5 puts a fringe signal contour into Brush. The way I see it is move 107.1 to the west side of Denver (KJMN/KXWA tower would be good) and let it be Jack-FM. The former Flo 107.1 could be revived on KPTT-HD2 or an AM. Finally, KBPI/KBPL should be moved to 107.7, except in Denver where it could stay at 107.9, but at fuller power. Also, move the KYOY translator from 107.1 to 107.3, and keep KKSE as a sports option. Just dreaming here.

I have made edits for clarity and research

Umm…Then exactly HOW are 92.1 & 96.5 broadcating some kind of Latin (Which Spanish is a part of) format & are doing QUITE WELL in Denver as a result??
Re-read David’s post again. There certainly are other Spanish language formats that are missing in Denver, like Spanish CHR or Reggaeton.
