No more iHeart HD radio in Fresno?

I already knew KFSO, KBOS, and KSOF weren’t broadcasting in HD due to the fires in the fall, but I also noticed recently that KFBT and KHGE also turned off their HD signals about the same time. Will they be coming back? Doesn’t iHeart need those signals to get a lower streaming rate for their app content since those stations host online only stations?

I just did a check of the iHeart stations in Fresno that are not located at Eshom Point and all three of them are indeed broadcasting in HD including their HD2 sub channels (KFBT, KHGE and KALZ).
