Hudson Valley No More Local Morning Show on WKIP or WJIP in the Hudson Valley

Both are iHeart talk stations that simulcast their programming. WKIP and WJIP had a local morning show until recently. It was "Hudson Valley This Morning with Ed Kowalski." Before him, Tom Sipos hosted the show.

Now that iHeart and Premiere Networks is offering a morning drive talk show, these stations are running it. The program is "Your Morning Show with Michael DelGiorno." He's based at 1510 WLAC Nashville.

I wonder how many will discover Hudson Valley Sleepy Mornings on Lack Of Energy 103.1 and WGNY FM, Fox irrelevant oldies. This potentially could double their audience. Maybe with 72 new listeners they will find a few paying advertisers.

This station is a disgrace. I was sitting on the Thruway in gridlock for over an hour a few weeks ago. I tuned in expecting a traffic report and got nothing during the 12pm newscast on a weekday. I had no alternative since my "HD radio data" feature on my car was showing nothing. Google maps ended up showing me what was happening and when it would let up.

The old morning show is still listed on the website and program schedule. The show page hasn't been updated since April.
