I think there's a mistake...You can see the "real" numbers waaaay at the bottom. Very unimpressive. The Surf has yet to gain traction, and many of the Savannah stations are simply DOA up here. Hell, even the Coast is DOA.
Unless there's some serious DX conditions further inland, this makes no sense at all.
