Northeast Tropo Wednesday Night & Thursday Morning

Got some decent FM tropo here in the Hudson Valley. Wednesday night (7/20) nothing new logged, but a decent variety of stations heard, including:
WBZA-98.9 The Buzz Rochester, NY
WPHR-106.9 Power 106.9 Auburn, NY
WVPS-107.9 Vermont Public Radio, Burlington, VT
WHOM-94.9 w/ lite rock Mt. Washington, NH really solid
WBCI-105.9 w/ religious, Bath, ME.
WCRB-102.5 w/ classical, Boston, MA.
plus lots of stations for Eastern PA, so tropo pretty much was in all directions.

On Thursday morning (7/21) more tropo, with three new loggings.

WEBK-105.3 "The Peak" Killington, VT at 8:50am. I know I've heard them before, but first time since I started new log in May 2003. 140 miles.
WXXK-100.5 country "Kicks 100.5" Lebanon, NH at 9:02am. 153 miles. Only NH #8 here... New Hampshire is not an easy state despite closeness.
WKBE-100.3 "The Point" Warrensburg, NY, 9:06am, actually first noted bleeding onto WXXK. 114 miles. NY #150.

I'm hoping for another E-Skip opening or two before the end of the season. I noted that in 2003 my last FM E-Skip was July 30th, and in 2004 it was August 4th. Then we can look forward to tropo; I note that my best tropo (Michigan, Nova Scotia) occurs between mid-August and mid-September. <P ID="signature">______________
