NPR may not be be the only broadcast group to lose Federal funds

American Forces Radio & TV could be having cuts made too as outlined in a recent DoD Public Affairs Budget memo.
The AFRTS cuts proposed include:
Elimination of four of the American Forces Network affiliates in the Pacific and Atlantic -and-
Reduction of...more than 40 staff members from the Pentagon Channel and AFN

It's a budget cut, not an actual elimination. And it appears to be fairly small. Less than 10% cut overall. That's reasonable and is the way the Congress should handle public broadcasting.
