Found this while perusing:
TV-49, Inc is a licensee of several stations affiliated with the Weigel Broadcasting networks (ME-TV, Decades, Heroes & Icons, etc.).

So should the sale proceed then look for a reshuffling on a few stations. Perhaps WJLP knew about this ahead of time and is trying to give WZME a hard time by suing to stop WEDW (and, by association, WZME) from broadcasting its signal from the Empire State Building. WJLP's agreement with Weigel is expiring in September of 2022. So Weigel may be preparing to take its business elsewhere.
The other question is will WTXX get off the WEDW signal before the Weigel networks move over to WZME.
