The station, which uses the audio of a LPTV station, returned to 87.7 FM about a week ago. It had signed off on the date last July that the F.C.C. had required for low power TV stations to switch from analog to digital signals. The owner had applied for permission to provide, in addition to the digital TV signal, a separate audio service in analog, making the return as a pseudo-radio station possible. This was done by a couple of other such stations located elsewhere.
