O & A suspension will not effect their CBS Syndicated Morning Show on WCKG

I had heard many month's ago, long before Paris Hilton had a clue about how license plate's were made that the FED's would start cracking down on offensive content on satellite radio at some point in the future.Welcome to the future people! My vinyl record collection and turntable are being dusted off and being prepaired to go back into full time operation.

Full-time? So you're not going to listen to your boy "Garry Mofo Bro" anymore?

I don't understand why these two are on CBS in the first place. CBS was quite forgiving considering the stunt they were behind at St. Patrick's Cathedral in New York a couple years ago. And, they have no quams about being associated with them now after this stunt. Yet, they show Imus the door. Double standard anyone?

What happened to "anything goes" on satellite radio? That didn't last long.

It seems like they are trying to figure out the meaning of, "Anything goes." The best analogy I can come up with is that here in Wisconsin, many restaurants serve "all you can eat" Fish Frys on Friday nights. Once, I was at a restaurant with a friend. They cut him off after 9 pieces, when he asked for three more. The restaurant should have said, in fine print, "limit of ------ pieces." In the same way, Satellite Radio needs to have some sort of disclaimer, something like, "Use any words or phrases you wish, but you will not threaten or compromise the safety or well-being of a particular person, or group of people on the air." Everything has its limits.
