Oakland's Radio Beach and KIQI (news story)

960 and 1310.

And ive heard all 3.. 1010, 1310 and 960 up here.. 960 is way less common because we have a less than 2 year old AM on air here in AK.

1310 and 1010 are fairly regular visitors, though 1010 is usually better for longer.. but 1310's music really sticks out of the slop better

960 KNEW (previously KABL) has a terrible signal. It's 5 Kw, but pumps most of it due west, towards San Francisco and the Farallon Islands. The City, Marin and the northern peninsula, and Oakland on the back side of the pattern, do get a decent signal, but as you get closer to the Stanford area, especially at night, their signal virtually evaporates.
